An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Together, we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advices, to explore what truly works for you.
As a Health Coach, I will help you:
Identify your health concerns and challenges
Figure out what’s your ideal diet
Support actions you need to take to fulfill your goals
To be accountable for your actions and results
There are no preconditions to have a Health Coach. You don’t have to know what green juices mean, be a gym member, shop at organic markets or eat at trendy healthy restaurants. There are no contraindications as well. It doesn’t matter which weight, age, health problems or job you have.
A Health Coach is not a dietician, nor a doctor or a psychologist, and has no intention of replacing any of those professions. The relationship between food and lifestyle and how they both affect health is the primary focus of an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Using a holistic background, a Health Coach will help you evaluate your degree of satisfaction in areas like physical activity, relationships, career, sleep and spirituality. Even more than the food we eat, these elements can impact our weight, stress and energy levels, undermining our health and wellness.
